Liability Disclaimer and Waiver

Welcome to Premier Soccer Training, where we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and rewarding experience for all participants in our soccer programs. However, by participating in any of our events, camps, or other activities, participants (or their legal guardians, if under the age of 18) agree to the following terms: 

Inherent Risks
Soccer, like any physical activity, involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and health-related issues. These risks include, but are not limited to, sprains, strains, broken bones, concussions, and other serious injuries. By engaging in our programs, participants assume full responsibility for these risks. 

Medical Considerations
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to engage in soccer activities. If a participant has any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their ability to safely participate, it is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to inform Premier Soccer Training prior to participation. In the case of an emergency, we reserve the right to seek medical treatment for a participant, and participants or their guardians will be responsible for any related medical costs. 

Liability Waiver
By registering for any event or activity with Premier Soccer Training, participants (or their guardians) agree to release and hold harmless Premier Soccer Training, its staff, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation. This includes, but is not limited to, injury resulting from physical activity, accidents, or unforeseen incidents. 

Supervision and Conduct
Participants agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and safety instructions provided by Premier Soccer Training staff during all activities. In the case of behavior or conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive, Premier Soccer Training reserves the right to remove participants from the activity or program without refund. 

Photo and Media Consent
By participating in Premier Soccer Training programs, participants and their guardians consent to the use of any photos, videos, or other media taken during activities for promotional or marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the start of any event.
